Terms & Conditions:

Refunds & Returns: As a general practice refunds/returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order please contact me and I will do my best to sort it out. If a refund is the only solution and has been issued, shipping will not be included in that refund as the item was already shipped out. 

Cancellations: You can cancel your order up until it is shipped out, after that point cancellations will not be accepted. 

Addresses: Entering the correct information is the buyer's responsibility, so please double check that your information is correct before submitting as I cannot be held responsible for missing or lost packages due to wrong address entered. 

Customs & Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or other fees that may occur when buying internationally. 

Due to a change in VAT collection and remittance laws, as of January 1st, 2021, I am no longer taking orders from UK buyers on this website. UK buyers can purchase on my Etsy

  Do you take custom orders? 

Yes and no, it depends on my schedule at the time what kind of projects I am accepting. Please contact me about your request. 

  Do you offer wholesale? 

Yes! Please contact me for more information!

Yes! I love working with small businesses and organizations to design something unique for them. Please use my contact form to connect! 

FAQ - Shipping 

✽ How long will it take for my order to ship? 

I try to package orders within a few business days of getting them in, but please be aware production and package time may vary depending on how busy I am at the time. 

✽ Will my order have tracking? 

All orders excluding those that utilize a letter mail (sticker only orders) will include tracking. Please be aware for international packages tracking will often only go up until it reaches your country. 

  What are your shipping prices? 

Shipping is calculated by volume expect for in the cases of an all sticker order, those ship for a flat fee of $1-2 and do not include tracking. For all other packages, orders over $35 domestic (US) ship for free, and orders over $70 international ship free. 

  I put in the wrong shipping address! 

Please contract me ASAP with your name, order number, and the correct address. If your order has not yet been shipped, I can make these changes and send you a new confirmation email. If your order has shipped already I am unable to change addresses at this point. If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I can do a secondary shipping charge to ship out your package again. 

 

✽ How long will it take my order to arrive? 

For orders with tracking, check your tracking number for the most up to date information. For domestic (US) items, it may take 1-2 weeks after shipping to arrive at the final destination. For international orders it may take 2-7 weeks depending on the final destination. Please be aware that due to Covid-19 shipping processing and times might be delayed a little further. 

✽ My order hasn't arrived! 

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, there are a few steps you can take. 

  • Check to see if your shipping address is correct 
  • Check to see if the package was received by a concierge, neighbor, or family member 
  • Contact your local post office as they should be able to provide you with more information on to where your package is. 

✽ My order has arrived damaged / I received the wrong items 

Please provide me with pictures of your damaged or incorrect items, and I will send out a proper replacement.
